What is new?
First off, let us start with what most are aware of: The Last Of Us HBO. The Last Of Us HBO is an adaptation of the game The Last Of Us. Already with just three episodes out the show has been renewed for a season two. We can expect season two to be an adaptation to the sequel. Fans are worried season two will be reviewed-bombed like episode three for including LGBTQ+ characters. However on websites where review-bombing is not as easy episode three has received many 10/10s. I personally loved the episode. Right now you can stream the first episode for free on HBO.
Next up, The Last Of Us will finally be accessible for PC-players. In 2022 Naughty Dog released a remake of The Last Of Us remastered for the PS5. Now in 2023 they are porting the game over to PC! They improved the AI and increased the graphics quality. It looks amazing. Some old players were disappointed that Naughty Dog did not implement the prone feature that was introduced in Part Two, however Naughty Dog explained that the prone feature would have been useless since the maps were not created with prone in mind. Critique aside, I have seen players fall in love with the improved graphics. The remake is said to be released on March 28th – 2023, two weeks after the final episode of season one for The Last Of Us – HBO.
Finally, at last! A new game! The Last Of Us Multiplayer is what it is currently being referred to. Naughty Dog plans on expanding their universe even more and incorporating multiplayer. It is said to be a multiplayer storytelling game. As of right now we only have some concept art that reveals a little bit of what the game will be about.
